Sandy Relief

Thanks to a donation from the Robin Hood Relief Fund, the Affordable Housing Alliance is pleased to announce the following services to benefit SuperStorm Sandy survivors:

Security Deposit Assistance Program
Security deposit assistance of up to $1,500 is available to help qualified families displaced by SuperStorm Sandy secure replacement housing.

Home Goods Replacement Assistance
AHA continues its efforts to help make your new or rehabilitated residence a “home” by providing limited assistance to help replace items lost in SuperStorm Sandy.

Manufactured Homes Rentals/Sales in our Pinetree Community
Seventeen permanent units in the Pinetree Manufactured Home Community in Eatontown have been dedicated to families displaced in SuperStorm Sandy for rent or purchase. Monthly rentals are $750 to $850; purchase price is $50,000, with $5,000 down-payment assistance available to each purchaser.
