Donna M. Blaze
M.A, Chief Executive Officer, 6/91 - present

Ms. Blaze has her B.A. from Montclair State University and her Masters from the University of South Florida. Thirty years experience in consultation, technical assistance, and management of affordable housing programs for low income and special needs populations. During the past 19 years with the Alliance, she has successfully secured and renovated more than 400 affordable housing units, secured over $28,000,000 in State and Federal funding for purchase, construction, and renovation of projects.  She is a Board member for the Affordable Housing and Community Development Network of NJ, Human Service Advisory Council, and Wachovia Community Advisory Board. Ms. Blaze is a certified housing counselor, certified public housing manager, certified homeowner education counselor, and certified real estate manager. In addition to running the agency affairs, she provides direct consultation to local governments under administrative agency contracts with the Alliance.  Ms. Blaze has also acted as a HUD consultant and has been a guest speaker at numerous development and supportive housing conferences.
